Neeti is hands down the best Pilates instructor! She has completely transformed my understanding of my body and movement. Not only do I feel more in control, but her clear guidance makes learning Pilates so much more easier to learn and fun. She's a true master of her craft, and I would 100% recommend her to every other person beginner or other wise to join Riaz fitness! Personally, it has been an amazing journey of learning, growing and staying fit!

I had booked 8 private reformer sessions with Neeti, and I must say they were totally worth it. Neeti had an assessment session and took time to understand my body and exercise requirements in detail. Then on, the sessions were tailored as per my needs and goals. I thoroughly enjoyed her classes and hope to continue with her. I can't recommend her enough.
